New Year starts!

Happy New Year everyone! Finally all the holidays have passed, relaxation and slacking off time is over so a new year of training starts off with a new week! Some back and shoulder training today, getting back in shape and beyond my old self :D I will keep you posted with more photos and videos! Don't hesitate to contact me for shows on skype or sponsorships! Let's have a stronger new year :D !

Winter strongman training

Even though winter is here and the temperatures have dropped, snow is still making us wait, but at least I can train :D some tire flip, sled pull and light and heavy Husafell stone :D enjoy!

Winter is coming!

Cold weather is here and I'm loving it :D But that is no reason to stop from training so I started my strongman training again, it's been a while so I am a bit rusty and my technique is way off...but keep watching and I'll get back in shape :D

Week end trip!

Last weekend I was in the mountains... and I couldn't pass out the opportunity to visit an old fortress.
Lucky for me, inside there were some activities for everyone to try, one of them...axe throwing...and no viking could pass on that :D so I had to give it a go.
The smaller more "difficult" set proved more easy for me :))
