Winter strongman training

Even though winter is here and the temperatures have dropped, snow is still making us wait, but at least I can train :D some tire flip, sled pull and light and heavy Husafell stone :D enjoy!

Winter is coming!

Cold weather is here and I'm loving it :D But that is no reason to stop from training so I started my strongman training again, it's been a while so I am a bit rusty and my technique is way off...but keep watching and I'll get back in shape :D

Week end trip!

Last weekend I was in the mountains... and I couldn't pass out the opportunity to visit an old fortress.
Lucky for me, inside there were some activities for everyone to try, one of them...axe throwing...and no viking could pass on that :D so I had to give it a go.
The smaller more "difficult" set proved more easy for me :))

Back day!

As I start a new week of training, I always train back first...because... "There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift" said a great strongman. So today, RAW deadlift day!!!

Got back from a short vacation

Presentation and Bio Data

Hello new visitors! I am 188 cm tall and at the moment around 113 kg in body weight( which I plan to improve). I am the most powerful viking since the Old Days ended, I am a huge fan of nordic culture and way of life. I started weight training at around 15 years of age and only stopped when the doctors tied me to the bed, and sports I've been doing all my life, including judo, rugby and MMA. Strongman came naturally to me and the results are visible with records that will seem superhuman but it's only a days work to me. I plan to be the best strongman in my country and then hit the international stage, but for that I will need your support and you will see me grow and improve as time goes by. You will see in the videos I post and photos what kind of training a strongman does and what kind of weights we consider normal. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
